    The heart and soul of the MIS group is the FleetLeads database of businesses from our transportation industry research and other government vehicle registration database include data from the department of transportation.  In addition, Havill routinely supplements this file with records from Dun & Bradstreet and R.L. Polk.  Dun & Bradstreet is a leading provider of busines-to-business credit, marketing and purchasing data.  Companies of all sizes in all industries use D&B information for prospecting and credit management purposes.  Havill Consultants is authorized to resell D&B data as part of its marketing programs.  R.L. Polk is a leading provider of commercial vehicle registration data.  After acquiring commercial vehicle registrations from the state departments of motor vehicles, Polk aggregates registration information at the business level and provides associated marketing leads when the sale of such leads are not restricted by state privacy policies.

   Havill meshes this business data with your proprietary customer, prospect, and facility information to provide useful business intelligence in our Market and Site Analysis projects. Using the latest database development, enhancement, mining and modeling techniques, the ultimate result of these projects is a database of your best prospects that can be integrated into your marketing programs.
