| Nicholas
R. Havill - President
Mr. Havill is the founder and President of Havill
& Company. Prior to founding Havill & Company, he directed the
Strategic Planning, Marketing Research, and MIS functions for the Mechanical
Operating Division of Owens-Corning Fiberglas. In addition to developing and
implementing the division’s strategic planning system, he coordinated the
activities of The Strategic Planning Institute, which directed marketing
consultants and business school professors on how to plan and implement
business strategy.
Before joining Owens-Corning Fiberglas, Mr. Havill
held senior positions in Research & Development and Industrial
Engineering for Dresser Industries. There, he was responsible for both
bringing new products to market and managing the expansion of Dresser’s
manufacturing capacity. He has spoken at numerous management functions on
Strategic Management and Competitive Intelligence. Mr. Havill has an MBA
degree in Finance and Administration and a BWE degree in Engineering, both
from the Ohio State University. In his free time, Nick loves to play golf.

Justin
H. Zohn - Senior Consultant
As a senior consultant, Mr. Zohn is responsible for
key account management, business development and company operations. Since 1993, Justin has
been responsible for dozens of proprietary and syndicated marketing research studies in
the transportation, petroleum and construction industries. Most recently,
he has been responsible for developing our
FleetLeads Internet marketing
program.
A graduate of the University of Toledo, Justin now
lives North of Detroit we he spends his free time with his wife Lori and
dogs sailing and power-boating. In fact his sailing team wins many local and regional sailing competitions.

Miles Pongrass -
Project Manager
As a consultant with Havill and Company, Mr. Pongrass
serves as project manager on research and client database projects. Miles
has been responsible for several proprietary marketing research studies in
both the petroleum and construction industries. He also manages a few client
customer and direct marketing database projects.

Jeffrey Sims -
Project Manager
Mr. Sims joined Havill & Company as a Market Research
Intern in September of 2004. Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree in
marketing in May of 2005 from The University of Toledo, Jeff joined Havill &
Company full-time as a Consultant. He has experience in both telemarketing
and technical writing, and assisted in the analysis and writing of the
recently published The U.S. Commercial Fleet Market Forecast: 2004 to 2008.
In addition, Jeff has managed multiple proprietary research projects for
fortune 500 clients. In his free time, Jeff enjoys reading and playing
outdoor sports.

Chelsea Havill - Consultant
Ms. Havill joined Havill &
Company in the fall of 2004 after graduating from Furman University.
With a BA in Communication Studies and prior experience in Public
Relations, Chelsea took a primary role in Havill’s marketing, PR, and
tradeshow activities. She has also made research and writing
contributions to several of Havill’s proprietary and syndicated reports,
including the recently published U.S. Commercial Fleet Market Forecast:
2004-2008. Chelsea plans to attend business school in the fall of 2007.

Sumana
Kaosanguansin - Senior Developer
Sumana (Jin)
graduated with a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Kasetsart
University in Thailand. After graduation, Jin worked as system analyst at a
Telecommunication Company in Thailand where she was held the position of
database administrator for their Oracle Database in a client/server
environment. Jin continued her education in the United States, receiving a
MBA degree in Information System and International Business from The
University of Toledo in Ohio. Jin joined Havill & Company as web
analyst/developer in 2001, where she became responsible for CRM web-based
application and database development using SQL Server. Jin is proficient in
Unix, Windows NT/2000, Java, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, Active Server Pages
(ASP), Visual Basic, Photoshop, Flash, SQL, web development, database
administration, and system design, maintenance, and support.

| Joseph
C. Slagle - Adjunct Consultant
Mr. Slagle is the founder of
Plateau Marketing, a
full-service Goldmine and Heat integration firm. Prior to launching
Plateau, Joe spent 10 years with Havill Consultants, where he managed
syndicated and proprietary market research, direct marketing programs, and
database development, analysis, and modeling projects. He also managed a
number of GoldMine implementations. While at Havill, he coordinated the
1,000 license implementation for a major oil company.
As a Microsoft Certified Professional, Joe continues
to contribute his marketing and IT expertise on special database and CRM
projects for Havill & Company.
